We may use the address information you provide to us to determine the latitude and longitude coordinates of your well(s).

No Information from Children Under Age 13
Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from registering with us at the Site and from providing any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 13, do not attempt to register with us at the Site or to provide any personal information about yourself to us. 3. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
To Provide Products, Services, and Information. We may disclose or sell Aggregated Information to other customers for their information, research and analysis and/or to see how they compare to our other customers generally. We use Aggregated Information for our business operations, including to improve our services, and for marketing and advertising purposes.
Other Permitted Sharing. We will share personal information with third party companies, organizations or individuals outside of Wellntel if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
- Meet any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

- Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Wellntel, our users, our customers or the public as required or permitted by law.

You can access and update certain information we have relating to your online account by signing into your account and going to the Profile section of the Site.
